Heavy Assembly Lifting Synchronous System

Operation Philosophy

• Caterpillar , manufacturer of earth moving equipments needs to weld excavators main frame body at various heights depending on models.
• Cubing fixture need to lifted synchronously by eight jack screws.
• For this application we have used VFD and feedback counter.
• With the help of special algorithm our OEM was able to achieve 2-5 mm height at economical and robust price.

• Serial communication card is used for HMI communication
• High Speed input card communicated with Encoder.
• For height measurement we used Encoders.
• Fixture up/down movement is using VFD
