This is Grain Cleaning & Milling Plants for Distillery.
Equipment's can be started from PLC.
By giving START Command from PLC, Equipment's will Start automatically in a predefined sequence.
By giving STOP Command from PLC, Equipment's will Stop automatically in a Reverse Sequence of START Sequence.
The logic is built such that following interlocks are taken care in remote mode.
Run feedback is considered as input for individual motor
One DO (Toggle Type) per motor is provided for individual motor.
One selector switch is provided for Auto / Manual mode selection. In auto mode PLC logic will start / stop all the motors in pre-defined sequence. In case of tripping / stoppage of any motor in between, all motors prior to tripped motor will stop. Rest of the motors will keep on running for pre defined time.

All system controlled and monitor from SCADA.
In SCADA system shows all feed backs, all faults and current status..
System operated in fully auto and manual mode also.
During auto operation, if any drive/motor gets trip / off then all drives prior to same
(At feeding end) will trip simultaneously followed with tripping of balance motors in
forward direction (Discharge end) with 1 minute time interval.
System interface with Distillery final product system and control according to feedback.
