Opeartion Philosophy
- HYBRID DECOCOATER:- This is highly technical process for deposition of ions from cathode to the substance. It is precise step process starting from obtaining vacuum in process chamber up to 10 raise to -12 mbar .Pressure is measured through Highly precise Cold cathode gauge . To obtain this vacuum there used Diffusion pump , it also require precise stepwise process to operate. All the process includes different types of motored valves, special gauges and hi-tech pumps. Ion coating process starts only when there is healthy operating condition of the chamber. Since the process is having sub process to create healthy condition we kept all the steps retentive to reduce startup time.

- This machine deals with hybrid technology for coating .It uses Sputtering as well as Arc process for target coating on substrate.
- This technology is effective over powder coating and electroplating.
- It is a closed loop process and includes precise vacuum measuring instruments ,PID control, flow control, temperature control and speed control.
