Operation Philosophy
- We have used Fx-3U-128MT Mitsubishi PLC.
- We have used Solid State Relay (SSR) because minimum Pump ON/OFF time is 200 ms.
- We have used Elipse scada as interface between PLC and Pump.
- Total 64 pumps and 18 lights are used.
- Teaching is a process where we can switch ON/OFF specific pump as per song beat.
- We can teach any song depending upon the customer requirement.

Features and Configuration
- First Select the mp3 file by pressing ‘Select File’ button.
- Click on Record button , It will ask for Authentication. After this 3 and 4 will be displayed
- To record fountain data, press Insert , Sel. Pumps(5) ,Enter time(in ms ) and press Save button
- To record Light data , press Insert , Select Light(6) , Enter time (in ms) and press Save button.
- This are Pumps which can be made ON/OFF by clicking on it.
- This are Lights which can be made ON/OFF by clicking on it
- By using this steps we can copy any steps in any song and paste it where we required.
