This system is designed to Test the three wheeler vehicle
There are number of tests as follows :
a) Speedo test ( Speed Mode )
b) Vmax Acc. test ( Torque Mode )
c) Break by distance ( Speed Mode )
d) Fuel consume ( Torque Mode )
e) Force at wheel ( Torque Mode
Regenerative Drive is used in Motoring Mode (Speed control)
Regenerative mode (Torque Mode) to handle various test.
Analog Input is used to read the load cell value.
Analog Output is used to control VFD speed in manual mode.
RS 232BD is used for Bar code scanner.
RS 485ADP-MB is used for VFD Communication on Modbus.

Complex Part was to use VFD in Speed & torque Mode in different test by Mode switching
PLC to VB communication for test result and Actual speed display was in Millisecond
Different Formula are used in PLC Ladder to calculate Force,Speed,Distance etc.
